Check that your PC's date is set correctly, if the year is wrong the cookies might be expiring as soon as they
are stored.

Delete Internet Explorer's Temporary Internet Files
- In Windows Explorer go to c:\windows\Temporary Internet Files
- Single click on any file, so it is highlighted
- Hold down the Ctrl key
- Press the A key, to highlight all the files
- Let go of the Ctrl key
- Press the Delete key
- If you are prompted with "are you sure you want to delete..." messages, click yes

If this does not solve your problems then you may need to adjust your Cookie Management settings.......
Internet Explorer Cookie Management
First when you are next at the sign in screen
Ensure that you tick the keep me signed in box, before you press sign in
If this does not fix your problems and you are using Internet Explorer Version 6
you may be having problems with the Cookie Management features which can
be resolved as follows (if you are unsure which version of Internet Explorer you are
using follow the instructions below anyway)
- Select Tools on the Internet Explorer menu.
- Select Internet Options at the bottom of the pull down menu.
- In the Dialog Box which appears Select the Privacy Tab (If it does not have a
Privacy tab you are using an earlier version of
Internet Explorer and have other problems which I am unable to help you with sorry)
- If the edit button is not grayed out, select it (otherwise click here to skip down
to the next bit)
- If there are any eBay sites in the managed web sites list which are marked as
always block, remove them by clicking on them and selecting remove
(or just select remove all).
- Select OK
